This Privacy Policy explains how Valmont & CO (“Valmont & CO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit our website, make a purchase, or interact with us in the United States.
Scope: This Policy applies to visitors and customers located in the United States. We do not sell/ship outside the U.S. at this time.

California Notice at Collection: We collect the categories listed in Section 1 for the purposes in Section 2. We retain data as described in Section 8. We may “sell” or “share” identifiers, internet/activity data, and approximate geolocation to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt out (see Section 3).
6) SMS & Email Marketing (If Enabled)
By opting in to SMS or email marketing, you agree to receive messages from us. Message frequency varies. SMS: Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carrier rates may apply. You can also unsubscribe from emails via the unsubscribe link.
7) Children’s Privacy
Our website and products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us to delete it.
