Valmont & CO — Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

1) 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and any included manuals/accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2) How to Start a Return

Email support@valmontandco.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label (when applicable) and instructions, including the correct return address. Do not ship items back before your return is approved, as they may be refused.

3) Order Cancellations (Fast Processing)

We can attempt to cancel an order within 60 minutes of placement. After processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible; in that case, please use the return process above once delivered. Contact support@valmontandco.com immediately for cancellation requests. 

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request photos/videos to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement at no cost or a full refund

5) Non-Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene, certain categories are final sale and not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care/consumable items once opened (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, supplements)

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and final sale/clearance items
    If you’re unsure about an item, email us before purchasing. 

6) Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted item (once approved) and place a new order. We’ll process the return per this policy.

7) Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to post (your bank/issuer may take extra time). If 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, contact us at support@valmontandco.com

8) Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to a Valmont & CO error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we cover return shipping.

  • For buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind), the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund or be your responsibility, depending on the item and method used.

  • Original shipping fees and taxes are typically non-refundable, unless required otherwise by law. 

9) Subscriptions & Promotional Discounts (If Applicable)

When a discounted subscription price was used and the subscription is canceled immediately after the first order, we may invoice the discount difference based on the one-time price, in line with the offer terms shown at checkout. 

10) U.S.-Only Notice

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. The EU 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to U.S. shipments.
